Serial Numbers can be found on the back of the CD jewel case or if you downloaded the program, they will be in the confirmation email you received. Computer IDs are given in the ETS License Manager box which will be open after the installation process. Our older programs will refer to these as Site Codes The registration process requires both a serial number and the Computer ID. Each program you purchase requires registration.
